Healthy sample meal plan..Breakfast
½ cup of Gluten-Free Oatmeal (Low-fat Milk Optional)
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1 cup of Fresh Fruit
12 oz Water
Healthy Body Start Pak™
Mid Morning Snack
¼ cup of Almonds/Cashew
1 Medium Apple
8 oz of Water
Lunch
½ Sandwich with Lean Protein & Gluten-free Bread
Side Salad with Mixed Greens & Light Vinaigrette Dressing
¼ cup of Fresh Fruit
8-12 oz of Water
Mid Afternoon Snack
½ cup of Low-fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup of Carrots
8 oz of Water
Dinner
1 oz Skinless Salmon Filet
½ cup of Brown Rice
1 cup of Steamed Veggies
12 oz of Water 
Late Night Snack
2 cups of Lightly Salted Popcorn
8 oz Water
